Designed by Chef Ryan Marmara and his team, Seed’s latest degustation menu takes the restaurant’s slogan ‘flavourful moments’ to a new level. Directly translated from the French word for ‘tasting’, the degustation menu gives patrons a chance to experience the finest plates available at Seed, specifically chosen by our chefs.

What to Expect from Seed’s Degustation Menu
Seed’s degustation menu includes a selection of snacks followed by a few favourite dishes from our new menu for autumn and winter.
The first degustation menu serves a taste of five dishes including a cured amberjack, razor clam & almond cream tart, a game and foie gras terrine, wild mushroom agnolotti, fish of the day and pan-seared pheasant breast. A triple chocolate cheesecake follows, together with petit fours to end the meal.
